1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Business Pulse OS application at app.businesspulseos.com (the "Service", the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our App Privacy Policy (L4), and our Data Processing Addendum (L7). If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Description of the Service

Business Pulse OS is a software platform that business-consultancy firms ("Consultants", "Tier 1") use to deliver diagnostic, strategic, and advisory services to their small and medium-sized business clients ("Clients", "Tier 2"). The Platform provides document storage, AI-assisted analysis, methodology templates, client workflows, and reporting tools.

The Service is operated by BizzBee Solutions DOOEL ("we", "us", "BizzBee Solutions"), a company registered in Kavadarci, North Macedonia.

3. Account eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use the Service for business purposes only. Consumer or personal use is not supported.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure. Use a strong, unique password (minimum 12 characters).
  • Enabling two-factor authentication on accounts with administrative privileges.
  • Providing accurate information at signup and keeping it current.
  • Not sharing your credentials with anyone. Each human user needs their own account.
  • All activity that occurs under your account until you report it as compromised.

5. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or process illegal content (content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or ours).
  • Upload, store, or process abusive content (hate speech, harassment, threats, CSAM).
  • Scrape the Service, reverse engineer it, or use automated bots beyond your licensed user count.
  • Attempt to access another customer's data without authorisation.
  • Deliberately overload the Service (denial-of-service testing requires prior written permission).
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Violations can result in immediate suspension and account termination, with all data preserved for evidentiary purposes for up to 30 days before hard deletion.

6. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • Tier 1 Consultants pay a subscription fee under a separate Subscription Agreement.
  • Billing is monthly or annual, with payment handled by our billing subprocessor (Stripe).
  • Cancellation terminates automatic renewal. All data remains accessible for the remainder of the paid term.
  • After cancellation, there is a 90-day grace period during which data can be restored by signing up again. At day 90, all Client data and accounts under the Tier 1 are hard-deleted. Reminder emails are sent at day 60 and day 85.

7. Data ownership

You own your content. Uploading content to the Service grants us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, advertise, or for any purpose outside delivering the Service.

8. Three-tier responsibility

  • The Client company (Tier 2) is the data controller for business data the Client owns.
  • The Consultant (Tier 1) is the data processor, acting under the Client's instructions.
  • Business Pulse OS (BizzBee Solutions DOOEL) is the sub-processor, providing infrastructure.

Each Consultant signs a DPA with Business Pulse OS. Each Consultant provides their Clients a consultant-branded version of the platform DPA template. Custom DPAs are not supported on the Platform.

9. Intellectual property

  • Your content: yours.
  • Platform software, design, and branding: owned by BizzBee Solutions DOOEL. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it.
  • Feedback you provide: you grant us the right to use it to improve the Service, without obligation.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion. See Section 6 for the grace period.
  • We may terminate for breach of these Terms (fraud, illegal use, non-payment, acceptable-use violation) with notice where feasible; immediate termination for severe or repeated breach.
  • We may suspend access during incident response or if a billing failure occurs.

On termination, all data is deleted after the grace period, subject to legal retention requirements (tax records, audit logs).

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described in our documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 500.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Disputes go to the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.
